Feel Like ÔHM is the first company to offer luxury furnished apartments with hotel services rental and organization of your stay starting from one night stay.
You can get different basic services but you can also take advantage of optional customized services and imagine your holiday as you were dreaming about.

Which services are included in the total price of the rental?

- Apartment rent.
- Water, heating and electricity bills.
- Feel Like ÔHM rental and management fees.
- €25 application fee.
- Applicable VAT.
- City stay tax (applicable rate).
- Cable TV, including international channels.
- Flat rate telephone line (unless otherwise stated).
- Emergency Hot Line 24 H /24 H.
- An information service set up for the stay duration.
- Unlimited high-speed Internet connection in furnished apartments (unless otherwise stated). Please be advised that ÔHM Ohm can NOT be responsible for network malfunctions or possible incompatibility between the computer and the modem installed..
- Welcome kit (robes, soaps, shampoo ...).
- Personal welcome by a Key Guard in the apartment..
- The provision of a conciergerie and a Room Service.
- The provision of linen, bathroom and cotton and silk sheets.

What are the mandatory services not included in the price?

- Cleaning every 2 weeks
- Laundry every 2 weeks.
- Cleaning and laundry after your departure.

Which services and stays that I can get in addition to a standard rental ?

- SAISONIS insurance in case of cancellation or interruption of stay in case if your credit card does not provide it.
- Reception with driver upon your arrival at the airport or train station.
- ÔHM BOX For Long Term and ÔHM BOX For a Day "customized formulas" (Each ÔHM BOX are customized with a Key Guard after the final reservation).
- Room Service.
- Conciergerie sevice (Information and reservation services are included in the rental price; the use of the services of the concierge with providers is payable to Feel Like Ohm or directly to the providers as appropriate).
- Mini bar (unless otherwise stated). Uptakes are  billed at departure.
- Stay organizing for individuals or professionals (a family reunion or an incentive).

These additional services can be purchased online in the booking process or by email via conciergerie@feel-like-ohm.com after your apartment booking.

How can I see my stay total price ?

In order to see the total price of your stay, you must follow the booking process until the end. Before you enter your payment details, no reservation will be processed. You can simulate your stay and change your mind as many times as you like.

Are there any other taxes or fees that I should expect ?

Once your stay is organized and that you have chosen where are you planning to live during your stay, there are nothing else to pay (excluding drinks provided by our partners and the services not provided and selected during the stay. A invoice will be issueed at the end of your stay).

Do we have to pay the "Tourist Tax" ?

Feel Like ÔHM collects the applicable tourist tax and remits it to the City of Paris.
This tax amount is as high as 1€ for the 3*, 1,50 € for the 4*, 5* et Palaces, per night and per person. An allowance is provided depending on the length of stay. The reservation system will automatically calculate the tax.

Is the price decreasing depending on the length of the rent period ?

 coefficient is applied by the computer system based on the duration of your stay. An apartment rent will cost a different price whether you rent for 1 night, 2 weeks or 6 months.

Is there a price differnce, depending on the season ?

A different price is applied by the computer system depending on the rental season: low season, high season, very high season. An apartment can be in very high season when another is in low season based on its geographic location.

What's the difference between offered commodities depending on the star rate ?

PREMIUM SERVICES

How do I order Premium Services ?

Additional services could be ordered on internet during the booking process or by mail via conciergerie@feel-like-ohm.com after your apartment booking.

If you choose one or several ÔHM BOX formulas, our concierge will contact you to customize them before your arrival.

During your stay, you can use our Room Service eby calling us using the phone number we will provide you at your arrival.

Do I have an obligation to order Premium Services ?

No, you have the possibility to rent an apartment without choosing any Premium Services.

We travel as a group, we'd like to organize an incentive, a wedding party or any other important event, what shall we do ?-

Do I have to clean the apartment at the end of my stay ?

A cleaning every 15 days and a final cleaning and linen change are necessarily performed by our room service. However, we ask you to take care of the apartment and keep it clean, bins emptied and dishes washed.

When do I have to pay Premium Services ordered during the stay?

The Premium Services chosen during your stay must be paid at the end of it, except in the cases where some providers (like restaurants or night clubs) have to be paid right after the service they've sold you.  In certain cases a pfinancial provision will be asked.

When do I have to pay Premium Services purchased in advance on your website ?

Necessary Premium Services and thos which you have eventually chosen during your booking process must be paid in andvance, at least the day of your arrival, except in the cases where some providers (like restaurants or night clubs) have to be paid right after the service they've sold you.  In certain cases a pfinancial provision will be asked.

Must I clean up the sheets before departure ?

No, because as during your stay, we take care of this task.

Do you provide cleaning products ?

Not necessarily. It is possible to find cleaning products left by the last tenants before you. Considering the fact that we deploy cleaning agents with their own equipment, we do not provide such products directly into the apartments. Don't hesitate to get rid of that cleaning task by letting us do it for you.

Is there a wecoming kit in the bathroom  ?

At your arrival, you will find a welcoming kit with all the necessary samples of shampooing, soap, shower gel, detangler and body lotion... This kit is renewed after each cleaning. If you don't plan to purchase the cleaning service, please equip yourself.

Who is the Key Guard and how can he or she be useful to me ?

We put at your disposal an advisor to ensure your comfort and your satisfaction during your stay an advisor whos mission is to ensure your comfort and your satisfaction. It is your Key Guard.
Available 24 /  7 on a special telephone line, the Key Guard will answer all of your questions and help you at any time. We will manage to provide you a person speaking your mother tongue.
Your KeyGuard is also responsible for the coordination of all the trades that work to make your stay exceptional

What is the Private  Conciergerie service ?

Which are the countries to chich my phonecalls are free ?

It depends on the apratment telephone line installation. Don't hesitate to ask about at your arrival.

Do we have a good quality internet connection ?

Except in the rare cases when the appartment isn't internet connected, internet connection will always be excellent, as you will dispose of a secured high-speed connection.

Accessible by Wifi, your connection time is unlimited.

If your apartment doesn't have internet connect, we can provide you with a Wifi code.

What happens if i have a problem during my stay (Household appliances, internet connection problems, etc.) ?

If you have troubles related to your apartment during your stay, an emergency number will be provided at your arrival.

Booking

Feel Like ÔHM offers to rent your apartment for a short term stay in our professional cabinet. We follow applicable laws and regulations to make your stay organization serene and calm.

How do I book an apartment and organize my stay on your website ?

Step 1 : In order to book a furnished apartment, you have 2 options :

- Or you access to a list of available Apartments on our website : you can see each aprtment in a list accordiang to your criteria, where you can also display the details.
On each Apartment page you can verify its availability and calculate your rent fare.

- Or you visit directly our Booking space (click on the top right button on any page of our website) precising your arrival date, your departure date and the number of people coming.
Each available apartment is displayed, you can also display its details.

Step 2 : You book Premium Services you wish, by choosing them in the stay booking form. Once your stay booked, a concierge will contact you directly to customize with you your ÔHM BOXES or the journeys you've chosen.

Step 3 : You will be guided on a totally secured page of our website to finish up the transaction.

What is the minimu stay duration ?

Feel Like ÔHM offers stays starting from a single night stay to 1 year maximum (If you are interested in long term rentals, please write us at gestion@feel-like-ohm.com precising your criteria).

Is it possible to get a quotation without booking ?

Yes, our website is designed in order to display the total price of your stay the fastest way possible. Go until the end in the booking process and check the "Option" checkbox. This Option wil be available 48 hours.

Considering the success of this formula, we advise you not to wait too much when an appartment is announced "free".

Do you accept bookings via phone ?

Feel Like ÔHM do NOT accept any reservation by phone.
This is why we ask you to use our website and provide the exact dates of arrival and departure, the exact number of people involved and your credit Card to finish up the booking process.

Can I rent an apartment without any booking at my arrival ?

To rent an apartment immediately, you must pay at your arrival the caution deposit and your stay balance. An appointment will be set up at the appartment. In this particular case we only accept credit card payments. We respond to your request according to availabilities of the appartments.
An additional €20 fee is due between 8AM à 8PM for this service,
and an additional €150 € fee is due between à 8PM and 8AM

I've made a rental or a stay request, but I didn't receive any ansewer, what shall I do ?

I'm not sure yet if I'll rent that apartment, but I'd like to know its prices and availability. How shall I proceed ?

When you click on the "Book" button on your list, it is an availability confirmation request and the beginning of the booking process. As long ans you do not provide your bank credentials, no booking is considered. You are not obliged to book.

I took an option on an apartment, how much time can I wait before paying ?

An option on an apartment has 48 hours duration in our computer system. The apartment will appear as not available during this period on the booking plannings.

The appartment is still available after 48 hours. How much time can I wait before paying ?

Our computer system rents apartments to the first client who pays. Once booked, it blocks any payment requests during the same period. If you click on the payment link in your confirmation mail and if the system allows you to pay, it means that the apartment is still available

How much must I pay to book an apartment ?

A 25% advance payment is due during the booking process, if the process is completed less than 6 months before the rental start. Still, a 25% advance payment must be done 6 month before the rental start, at last at the end of the booking process.

How can I modify my stay conditions ?

All modification requests, concerning arrival and departure dates, or concerning the apartment itself will be examined by ÔHM teams, considering the following :

- if the request comes up 30 days before the arrival date, no additional fee is due.

- if the request comes up less than 30 days before the arrival date, and considering our cancelling policy, an additional €45 (without taxes) fee is due.

INSURANCES

For more tranquility, ask about different possible insurance systems.

Do I have an insurance in case of a problem in the apartment during my stay ?

The mandatory landlord's insurance covers disasters affecting the appartment and its furniture in case of fire, flood, burglary and window breaks, but not the luggage, goods ans valuable objects, nor civil damages or specific needs related to the event organizing activity in case of a commercial rent. For all these reasons, please ask your insurance.

Do you offer an insurance ?

Concerning your multi-risk insurance, you have to contact your own insurance. In general a simple "vacation" extension to your habitation insurance is more than sufficient.
Concerning a cancelling / interruption insurance, Feel Like ÔHM offers  SAISONIS insurance. For more information about SAISONIS, please click here.

Do you accept credit card payments ?

Yes, we use the modern secure online payment systems in partnership with Banque Palatine and PAYBOX. Also, our Key Guards possess payment terminals, so you have the possibility to pay the stay balance right at your arrival, if you widh to.O

Do you accept American Express payments ?

Yes, you can pay using your American Express card. .

What shall I do if I dont want to pay with my credit card on internet ?

Internet became very secured during these latest years. If you wish an alternative, write us a mail at booking@feel-like-ohm.com to make an bank trasfer request. We will send you back our bank credentials.

Please be advised that no other mail can process this particular request. If you have a doubt, please send immidiately an email about to gestion@feel-like-ohm.com.

Can I pay in dollars ?

Feel Like ÔHM only accepts Euro currency (€).

Cancelling & refund

You wish to cancel or to modify your stay ? Here is all the necessary information.

How can I cancel my apartment rental ?

If you wish to cancel you must write us an email at booking@feel-like-ohm.com precising your coordinates and your rental number. We will get back to you ASAP.

How can I cancel already booked stays or Premium Services ?

If you wish to cancel you must write us an email at booking@feel-like-ohm.com precising your coordinates and your rental number. We will get back to you ASAP.

If you are also cancelling apartment rental(s), you can also indicate it in the same email.

You will not have to pay unused Premiums Services unless a premaration for them before your arrival was necessary.

What are the refund procedures, if I've chosen the « SAISONIS » insurance option ?

If you chose « SAISONIS » insurance, you must :

- Warn Feel Like ÔHM booking service during the period of 5 days after you are aware of the necessity to cancel, precising the cancelling motivation,

- Send to the Customer Service all proofing documents justifying the cancellation, necessary for your file instruction : medical certificate, hospitalization certificate, termination letter from your employer...

What are the refund procedures, if I did NOT choose « SAISONIS » insurance option ?

IN CASE OF CANCELLING, BALANCE REFUND AND PENALTY FEES WILL WE CALCULATED AS FOLLOWS :

• CANCELLING 60 DAYS AND MORE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR STAY : 100% RENT BALANCE REFUND, MINUS €25 AGENCY COSTS.
• CANCELLING LESS THAN 60 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR STAY : 50% RENT BALANCE REFUND MINUS €25 AGENCY COSTS.
• CANCELLING 8 DAYS AND MORE THAN 4 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR STAY : 25% RENT BALANCE REFUND MINUS €25 AGENCY COSTS.
• CANCELLING THE 2 DAYS AND LESS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR STAY : NO REFUND POSSIBLE.
• STAY INTERRUPTION : NO REFUND POSSIBLE.
IN CASE OF THE CANCELLING 8 DAYS AND LESS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR STAY ALL PREMIUM SERVICES ORDERED ARE DUE 100%.
PENALTY FEES CAN BE REIMBURSED TOTALLY OR PARTIALLY BY THE CANCELLING INSURANCE EVENTUALLY CONTRACTED BY THE TENANT.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

How does the security deposit work. All answers here.

Why should I pay a security deposit ?

As there is no short term rental insurance in France, it's the only protection we have against eventual damages during your stay.

How much costs a security deposit ?

Security deposit amount is mentioned in the letter of the booking confirmation, the rental contract and the invoices.

Can I pay the security deposit with my credit card ?

You can pay the security deposit at your arrival with your credit card by banking footprint. Security deposit amount will be blocked on your accont, without being withdrawn.

Do you issue an invoice for the security deposit ?

Your contract mentions security deposit payment and is considered as an invoice for that matter.

When can I get back my security deposit ?

If you paid it by check or a bank transfer, it will be refunded during the week after your departure, and at last in 30 days maximum.
If you paid your security deposit with your credit card it is necessary to use the same card to unblock the funds, if there are no damages in the apartment seen at your departure.

In which cases I do NOT get my security deposit back ?

Security deposit will not be refunded in following cases :
• in case of damages found in the apartment after the stay. Refunded amount will be caclulated according to the damages.
• in case of an important lack of cleanines found during the check out and implying additional time to clean up the mess.
• to compensate all nuisances to neighbours, caused by tenants during the stay.
• to compensate the eventual phone communications not included in the free flat rate phone calls and found after your departure.
• to compensate eventual abusive electricity, gaz and water consumption.
• in case au Internet fraudulent use.

I've bought the insurance, do I still have to pay the security deposit ?

Yes, you have. Security deposit covers some circumstances not covered by a conventional insurance.

CONTRACTAND FINAL BOOKING

How do  Feel Like ÔHM rental contracts work ? All answers to your questions.

When do I have to sign the contract ?

You sign the contract as soon as you receive it and send it signed to us by mail at contact@feel-like-ohm.com.

Can I sign the contract in English ?

Yes, we have contracts in English. So, yes, you can.

Can I have an invoice for my company ?

Feel Like ÔHM can issue an invoice for you. Once you have booked your apartment, send un a request for that matter at gestion@feel-like-ohm.com.

I need a booking proof for my visa. Is it possible ?

French Embassy accepts invoices as accomodation proof in France.Once you have booked your apartment, send un a request for that matter at gestion@feel-like-ohm.com.

When do I have to pay the rental balance for my apartment ?

The balance payment date is mentioned in your Rental Contract. Unless contrary statement, the balance is payable :
- for less than 3 month stays : at the latest the starting day of your stay.
- for more than 3 months stays : at the latest one month before the beginning day of your stay, then every first of each month.
Stay balance is due as soon as one month before the beginning of the stay and at the latest the stay beginning day. Keys will not be delivered before the balance total payment.

How do I pay the balance ?

You can pay with a credit card, American Express, Vacation vouchers ANCV, bank transfer or French checks. Feel Like ÔHM reserves the right to refuse a foreign check or apply penalty fee to it.
BE ADVISED : No cash payment is accepted. If you receive such a request, please inform Management service about it by writing us an email atgestion@feel-like-ohm.com

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

How to get in and get out the apartment you've booked..

When must I arrive ?

All useful information about the arrival conditions ("Check in") during the weekdays or during the weekend are precised in the booking confirmation.
The arrival takes place between 3 and 8PM.
Please tell us your precise arrival time, so that our Private driver ou our Key Gurd can welcome you at the airport, at the train station or at the apartment.
If you are late, please advise ÔHM as soon as possible.
The route and the phone number of the person to warn in case of a delay are communicated with the renatl contract.
Every delay superior to 1 hour compared to the arrival time will be charged €45 penalty fee.
If the apartment was free the night before your arrival, ÔHM can give you the possibility to arrive before 3PM.
Please contact our Key Guards if you are concerned, it will be a pleasure for us to meet up your requests.

When should I leave ?

Departure key return ("check out") must be done between 8 and 11AM.
Our Key Guard and/or your ÔHM Private Driver will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time to proceed to an inventory, key return, security deposit payment or restitution.
If the apartment is supposed to be free the next night, we can give you a possibility to stay until 3PM. Don"t hesitate to contact our services to organize this procedure. For instance, we will indicate you if there's a possibility to make your stay longer, according to the booking schedule.
In case if delay, Key return or Key delivery will be charged €45 per hour.
Your absence for the Key delivery or Key return will be charged €1000.

What is « Day Use » ?

If you departure must be done after 3PM, we offer you a possibility to stay until 8MP, paying 20% of a single night fee, provided that the appartment isn't booked the next day.
In this case, contact us immediately, ÔHM will make everything possible to fulfill your request.

What happens if my arrival or my departure is sunday or during a holiday ?

In this case an additional €80 fee will be applied.

What happens if my arrival or my departure is after 8PM and before 8AM ?

In this case an additional €80 fee will be applied.

Can I make my stay longer after my arrival ?

If the booking schedule allows it, it will be a pleasure for us to meet up your request. However, it will be more careful to organize everything before your arrival, as our apartments are very popular and requested.

Should I bring my own sheets and towels ?

No, Feel Like ÔHM provides sheets, Non, Feel Like ÔHM fournit à votre arrivée les draps, bathrobes and linen at your arrival. There always be enough for everyone in the apartment. They are changed every 15 days, and at the end of stay.

Is there a phone in the apartment ?Y-a t-il un téléphone dans l'appartement ?

Yes, unless the contrary is mentioned.
If you find the "Free" notice on the apartment's detai sheet, it means that you can call fixed and mobile numbers in France and in certain countries. In case of doubt, don't hestitate to ask your Key Guard about it, as exceeding are very expensive.

How do I pay the phone calls ?

Phone calls that are not included in the flat rate, will be billed at the stay end in a global invoice. You can pay with your Credit Card, American Express, French checks or Vacation vouchers ANCV. Bank transfers are not accepted at the end of the stay.

How do I know the apartment phone number ?

We will provide by email your appartment phone number in your roadmap, several days before your arrival. It will be also mentioned in the apartment welcome book.

Do the apartments have an internet connection ?

Yes, except if the contrary is mentioned. If your apartment is not connected, you could use our temporary wifi code or rent a 3G USB modem. Feel free to contact us for that matter.

What apparatus does my apartment have ?

The apartment you've chosen is rated 3*, 4*, 5* or Palace. To see what equipment corresponds to each rating, click here.

Are the apartments heated ?

Yes, they are.

Can I smoke in the apartment ?

No, our apartments are non-smoking, unless the contrary is mentioned. In France you can smoke on the terrass or on the balcony, putting your ashes into the ashtray.

Can I bring my pet with me ?

No, unless the contrary is mentined. If you are authorized, an additional fee will be asked. Please refer to terms and conditions.

Is there a convertible sofa in the apartment ?

Read the description. Feel Like ÔHM describes there all the sleeping commodities of the apartment.

Is the kitchen really fully equipt ?

Yes, it is fully equipt. All the necessary dishes are also here.

Is there an air conditioning in the apartments ?

No, unless the contrary is entioned. Paris rules are very strict, and facades of ancient buildings are protected. However, it is possible that the apparment is equipt with a fan or a reversible air-conditioner. Or, you can also ask for one to your Concierge.

All our apartments are fully equipt. You are free to cook and even have a possibility to learn with our chefs !

Can I invite friends to sleep ?

For everyone's comfort, every apartment is designed to host a certain number of people. While booking your accomodation, this hosting capacity is indicated, so you are free to invite friends within that limit. If an abuse is found, feel Like ÔHM is free to suspend the rental contract or charge an additional fee.

What shall I do in cas of a problem in the apartment ?

Please call our services without hesitation. Don't worry, we will do everything possible to intervene ASAP, and call out professionals if necessary.
