Ethics and Conduct

-The FNAIM has a code of ethics and professional conduct that commits each associate member.

-The code is based on the FNAIM members' affirmation of professionalism and their ability to provide proof to the customer by providing concrete benchmarks.

-All real estate professionals members of the FNAIM there are bound; the objective is to secure the customers and promote the establishment of a more trusting, positive, and lasting relationship..

-An Ethics & Deontology committee was set up within the FNAIM.

It is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of the code. In case of failure, the member is subject to disciplinary sanctions (warning, reprimand or radiation).

-Finally, a quality department was created within the federation to directly treat any problem you could have with a FNAIM member.
