Property Manager

You have a Master Degree in accounting and/or management, you have at least one year experience in a compagny of rental management. You are able to process encrypted data and identify the needs of our tenants and landlords. You are okay with MS Office.

You have the following qualities: listening ability, optimism, sense of service, teamwork, independence and rigor. In addition, you have excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills and a real commercial sense.
Your mind is sharp and you have good writing and speaking skills.
Your strong desire to learn and to grow and your tenacity are essential to your success.

You are fluent in English.

Your mission at Feel Like ÔHM:

• For Landlords:

• The instruction of the Landlord file (Insurances, billing owners, MAF control, job management and insurances, dematerialization and ranking of component parts of the Landlord file, the information system updates , accounts management reports preparation ).
• Batch Management registration process according to the company procedures.
• Landlords' and condominium requests management (accounting events, rental situation, claims management, administrative requests, requests trustee, fiscal support).

• For Tenants:

• The instruction and monitoring of the Tenant file (check the tenant record and creditworthiness criteria, reservation management, management rental contracts, descriptions, overviews and surveys, case entrance in our computer systems, billing file, rent review, charges and accruals discounted provisions for liabilities, management notice deposits management).
• The Tenant requests management(in or out) .
• Conciliation Commission or all other instances summonings monitoring, in collaboration with the Legal Department,  disorders in the units and uncivility and possession troubles management.
• The dematerialization of the constituent parts of the Tenant file.

Communication Manager - Marketing

Beyond your initial training, this is your perfect knowledge of our business and the economic and political tissue interests us, along with your negotiating skills and ability to develop partnerships. You have an excellent Off-Line and On-Line supports knowledge.

Fluencee of English is essential.

Excellent communicator and has a real interpersonal skills, you sign primarily as a great ambassador of the group.

Your mission at Feel Like ÔHM:

• Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager and Communication defines and controls the global communication and business development strategy.
• Promotes the company image, its products, and its achievements to its various audiences.

 



Public Relations

With a degree like ESC, Celsa or IEP, you supervise the creation and implementation of media communication plans, and speech-making mechanisms in the media.

You have a significant interest in the web field and excellent interpersonal skills. You are optimistic, organized and independent. Initiative taking does not scare you.

You like challenges.

Fluency in English is essential.

Your mission at Feel Like ÔHM:

• Working closely with Executive Management, you are responsible for structuring the Company's speaking strategy.
• You will create and implement a communication plan in order to develop a positive environment around the company brand.
• You highlight vision elements, brand value and company success stories in order to improve the visibility of the Feel Like ÔHM offer.
• Given the international scope of the job, you decline the strategy to the local level to adapt Feel LikeÔHM communication according to the specificities of each country.
